Our minimum order quantities depend on the type of partnership and collection. For new retail and studio partners, we typically start with a minimum first order of 30-50 pieces across assorted styles and sizes.
We'll discuss the specifics based on your business, target customer, and storage capacity. Our goal is to set you up for success — not overload your shelves.
What is your wholesale pricing structure?
Wholesale pricing is offered at a standard margin off our retail prices. Exact pricing is shared with approved partners during the onboarding process.
We offer tiered pricing based on order volume and partnership depth. Long-term partners who commit to seasonal buys receive our best rates.
Do you ship internationally to wholesale partners?
Yes. We ship to wholesale partners worldwide. Shipping costs, import duties, and customs fees for international orders are the responsibility of the partner.
We primarily ship via DHL Express for speed and reliability, with alternative freight options available for larger orders.
What are your payment terms?
First orders are typically paid in full before dispatch. Once a working relationship is established, we may offer Net 30 terms to partners in good standing.
We accept bank transfer, credit card, and PayPal for international orders. Specific payment arrangements are discussed during onboarding.
How long does it take to receive an order?
For in-stock items, orders are typically dispatched within 5-10 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery time depends on destination — expect 2-4 business days within Thailand and 5-10 business days internationally.
For custom or pre-order pieces, lead times are longer and will be communicated clearly during the ordering process.
Can I request exclusive or custom pieces?
For select partners with significant volume commitments, we're open to discussing exclusive colourways, co-branded pieces, or custom capsule collections.
These partnerships require higher minimums and longer lead times. Reach out with your idea and we'll explore what's possible.
What marketing support do you provide?
Approved partners receive a partner pack including high-resolution product photography, brand guidelines, lifestyle imagery, and suggested copy for use in your marketing.
We also feature our stockists on our website and occasionally co-create content with aligned partners across our social channels.
What's the approval process like?
We review each enquiry personally. After receiving your enquiry, we'll typically respond within 3-5 business days to request more information — usually your business details, target market, existing brand portfolio, and vision for partnering with Myra.
From there, we'll set up a call or email exchange to discuss the opportunity in detail before moving forward. We believe in quality over quantity when it comes to stockists.
Do you do consignment or pop-ups?
We occasionally consider consignment arrangements with the right partners — particularly for pop-up events, trade shows, or showcase opportunities.
Standard retail stockist relationships are wholesale-only. If you have a specific pop-up or event in mind, mention it in your enquiry.
