If something isn't quite right, we're here to help make it right. Here's everything you need to know about returns and exchanges with MYRA.

Our Returns Policy

Returns and exchanges are currently available for Thailand orders only. International customers, please read the section below before placing your order.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Once your return parcel is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet all of the following:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags attached
  • Hygiene liner still in place (for bottoms and swimwear)
  • Free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, or any other marks
  • Returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

What We Cannot Accept

  • Items worn, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Items with tags removed or hygiene liner missing
  • Sale or final sale items (marked at time of purchase)
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned after the 14-day window
  • Items purchased from third-party retailers

Refunds vs Exchanges

Refunds

Refunds are processed only to your original payment method. Credit card holders will receive the refunded amount in their next billing cycle. For debit cards, the amount will be returned within 30-60 days.

The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the parcel.

If the returned items are not eligible for a return, we will not issue a refund and the returned product will be shipped back to the customer.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange eligible items, subject to availability. If your preferred size or colour is out of stock, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the parcel.

If the returned items are not eligible for an exchange, they will not be eligible for a refund, and we will ship the items back to the customer.

How to Return an Order

  1. Contact Us Email returns@myraactive.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number. Let us know whether you are looking for a refund or an exchange, and the reason for your return.
  2. Receive Return Instructions We'll reply within 1-2 business days with a return authorisation and our return address in Thailand.
  3. Ship Your Return Pack your items securely with all tags attached and send via your preferred carrier. We recommend using a tracked service, as we're not responsible for lost packages. The cost of shipping the return parcel is the responsibility of the customer.
  4. Inspection & Processing Once received, we'll inspect the returned items to confirm they're eligible for a refund or exchange. You'll receive an email confirmation at each stage.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend keeping your tracking number until your return is processed.

Sale & Promotional Items

Items purchased during sale events or marked as "final sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the item ordered is faulty.

Items purchased with a discount code of 20% or more can be exchanged for a different size only, and are not eligible for a refund. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost for the exchange.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you have received a faulty item, or we shipped the wrong product to you, please contact us at hello@myraactive.com or via our LINE Official Account chat @myraactive within 7 days of delivery. Please share photos of the issue with us so we can review it clearly. We will send you a replacement and cover the shipping costs for the replacement.

This applies to both Thailand and international orders.

For International Customers

Please Read Before Ordering

At this time, we're unable to process returns or exchanges for orders outside Thailand due to international shipping logistics. All international sales are final, except where an item is faulty or incorrect, as described in the "Faulty or Incorrect Items" section above.

Before placing your order, please double-check sizing and measurements carefully. Our fit guide is available on every product page.

We're working on expanding international returns soon. Until then, we'd rather help you get it right the first time.

A Note on Fit

Activewear is designed to fit snugly, and new pieces often feel different from worn-in favourites. We recommend wearing items briefly indoors (with hygiene liner intact) to check the fit before deciding.

Every product page includes a detailed size guide and model measurements. If you're between sizes or unsure, reach out — we're always happy to help.
