Thailand Orders

Free shipping on all orders across Thailand. No minimum spend, no catch.

Processing & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
  • Standard delivery: 1-3 business days after dispatch
  • Orders ship Monday to Friday, excluding Thai public holidays
  • You'll receive a tracking link via email once your order is on its way

International Orders

We ship worldwide via DHL Express. Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the weight of your order. Flat-rate pricing applies within each zone.

Shipping rates increase with parcel weight. The exact cost will be shown at checkout based on your cart.

Free international shipping on orders over ฿6,000 to Zones 1, 2, and 3.

Import Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees depending on your country. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer.

DHL will collect these fees directly from you upon delivery, if applicable. For UAE customers, 5% VAT applies on import.

We recommend checking your country's customs policies before placing an order to avoid surprises.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your DHL tracking number. You can track your package:

  • In your MYRA account under "My Orders"
  • Via the tracking link in your shipment email
  • Directly on the DHL website at dhl.com

Order Changes & Delays

Need to change or cancel your order? Reach out to us as soon as possible at hello@myraactive.com. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to make changes.

Please note that delivery times may be affected during peak shopping periods, public holidays, or due to factors outside our control (weather, customs delays, carrier disruptions). We appreciate your patience.
